  • What's included in the Chatbot license?

    Chatbot Portal Bot licenses are perpetual and within the first 12 months include Bot updates (new features and fixes) and technical support. Support can be received via our online contact system with 24 to 72 hours turnaround time or over the phone, if your license allows. Additional access to Bot updates and technical support can be purchased with the initial license purchase or later, which will extend the maintenance within the desired period.   • How many licenses do I need?

    Each license allows one active Chatbot. If you purchase a license for a Chatbot bundle, such as in the Ultimate package, then all the Bots in the bundle are licensed to one license.

  • How do you count chat messages?

    It’s a chat session that contains at least one successful interaction between the customer and the chatbot. You will never pay for spam messages.

  • Can I use Chatbot on several websites?

    Sure! Feel free to use your chatbots wherever you need.

  • Can I continue using the Chatbot after the one-year subscription expires?

    Since we bill you based on the annual subscription, so you can keep using the Chatbot as long the yearly subscription is renewed.

  • What are the benefits of renewing my license?

    By renewing your license, you ensure your continued access to new versions of your Chatbot and 24 to 72 hours turnaround support (depending on the support package) by the developers who build the product.

  • What are the benefits of upgrading my license?

    You can upgrade any individual Chatbot or Chatbot bundle product to a higher value product bundle at any time, but the sooner you do it after the purchase of your license, the cheaper the upgrade options will be.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    Refunds are honored by special request only and cannot be guaranteed. There are no refunds for any Chatbot purchases or renewals, once our Engineers start working on building or customizing your Chatbot. To request a refund, please contact us with the reason(s) why you are requesting it, and a member of our team will respond promptly to your inquiry.

  • How will I know when a payment is made or how much was paid? Will I get an invoice?

    Yes an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided us during the purchase process.

  • Can I cancel/pause my subscription?

    Yes at the end of your yearly subscription you can decide if you like to cancel/pause your subscription. You can contact our customer team regarding the same.

  • Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations or educational institutions?

    Chatbot Portal wants to support the organisations who are helping the community. That’s why we offer a 10% discount to educational, government and non-profit organizations. We may ask for a document or confirmation email that clearly indicates that you are member of the respective institution.
